This is a solid modern style fitting. It would be hard to knock over. Good value though of course the price is kept down by not supplying bulbs.The only spoiler is the question about bulbs. They only mention the child. So far so good. As to the mother, your guess is as good as mine. That is why l have deducted points for assembly. This a safety issue and needs to be made clear.
