I received these on monday, only the green lights show and there is no communications with the remote to the other colours. I think its faulty, any chance you could send another Many thanks

I decorated my room with this long LED light strip. It is an amazing, every day it can be having a Christmas feel. The adhesion is quite good though. The control panel allows to change the pattern which is quite handy. It has been now over 5 days of use, no problem so far.
