Our granddaughter is delighted with this addition to her bedroom. The first item supplied failed to work but, after explaining the problem, the supplier sent out a replacement with no further todo. Excellent customer service which is what one expects when things dont go to plan and this supplier stepped up the the plate, no questions asked. EXCELLENT SERVICE AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The lamp is fine does what its supposed to do and easy to put together. My issue is with the fact that both the Seller answering someone elses question and Radiant Roost at the time I bought this have recommended the WRONG light bulb for the arm bit. I bought what was recommended when I bought the lamp and I wasted money on the LED E14 light bulb Had to go out and get correct bulb, which got a passing mention in the rather sparse literature you get with the lamp …So, to be clear the uplighter DOES need the LED E27 8W light bulb the arm needs a GU10 LED non halogen 5W light bulb.With these bulbs, the uplighter gives plenty of general, warm, ambient light the arm gives plenty of targeted light by which to read, sew .. etc.I hope this helps someone else to make the right choice, first time.Ive given only 4 stars because of the misinformation when purchasing.

Ive been looking for a welldesigned natural light to help me with crocheting and embroidery for a long time. I tend to do this work in the evening while watching TV and in artificial light many colours are indistinguishable one from another. This light is well designed, compact and exactly what I wanted

I got this ceiling rose fitting because the one that was on my ceiling had broken. The holder in the old one was a brittle plastic. This one was not only super easy to install, but the bulb holder is made of metal too, so its much less likely to crack off and break. Its been 3 months since Ive installed it and it has been perfect.
