This is an excellent little light, Id wanted an additional light at the front of the house but had headaches over electricity supply, this does the job perfectly. The bracket was easy to secure with a couple of screws and the light is positioned from there, batteries mean no need for any wiring which is great, the sensor works well and the light is bright enough. For the price its an excellent product, my neighbours though it might be a security camera, not sure if that would fool potential troublemakers though…

I bought a cheaper nonbrand pendant at first that looked almost identical to this fitting, but unhappy with the quality I opted to replace it with this slightly more expensive lyyt pendant. The differences are stark in quality, materials and finish… Dont bother with the cheaper fittings on Radiant Roost trying to save a few , this is the pendant to buy.

thought id write a review with good and bad points and things to consider I thought the installation would be straight forward but had a few issues,if you have a plastic rose attatched to the ceiling be aware that this unit sits flush against the ceiling.i had to remove the plastic rose so that the new light could sit flush, when I removed the rose I had 10 wires to reconnect part of a loop system before I could fit the new light.i found a diagram on the internet and it wasnt to bad but if you dont like doing these things yourself you will need an electrician.secondly the quick fit connectors arent the best ,my first attempt at connecting the wire didnt work and the wire slipped out ,then when I tried to reconnect it again it wouldnt grip the wire.screw type connectors would be more robust.the light itself when fitted gives ooy a great light, its also very light in weight so easy to hold when fixing to ceiling.i still recommend it ,just the connectors let it down a bit.
