UPDATE Got some used, cheap tripods as a replacement for the stock stands. See pixie. Much much better for higher setupsFor the price, the lights are great. They do a great job of illuminating people, objects, and scenery when used properly. However, the stand that these come with are abysmal, especially when you have them fully extended. They are flimsy and tip over so easily at full length, so you have to keep them close to your power source and not have the cables dangling. I would highly recommend getting substitute standstripods if youre able, as the light and head look detachable.
