Also ich muss sagen, dass ich von dieser Lampe etwas mehr erwartet htte, weil eben Philips dahinter steht. Doch bereits das Design fand ich etwas fragwrdig. Die Lampe sieht einfach total billig aus. Dennoch hat mein Mann sie an die Decke montiert, da sie ja immerhin ihren Zweck erfllen sollte. Nach kurzer Zeit war ich aber so genervt von dieser Lampe, dass mein Mann sie wieder abhngen musste.Das Licht geht nmlich nach 30 Sekunden aus, egal ob man unter der Lampe steht oder nicht. Wir hatten sie im Flur aufgehngt. Wenn man jetzt eben kurz etwas erledigen muss, muss man nach 30 Sekunden erneut wedeln oder sich bewegen, damit die Lampe wieder angeht. Das nervt nach einer Zeit doch gewaltig. Ich htte mir gewnscht, dass diese Lampe eben so lange leuchtet, wie ich mich in der Nhe davon aufhalte.Fr den Keller ist sie ganz okay, da man hier meist sowieso nur kurz durchluft.

Ive got a few other Mr Beams products around the house and garden and I have found them to be both well designed and useful. This LED spotlight is well up to the brands usual standard, and it actually works better than I had expected after reading some of the other reviews. It features a weatherproof housing, making it perfect for outdoor locations, and it is rated at 200 Lumens, which is bright enough to see clearly when there is no other light source. This light takes 3 D size batteries, which are not provided, and it can be permanently mounted using the included fixing kit. This light could also be used indoors if required, but it is really designed for allweather use outside and it works as it should after it gets dark. Well designed and practical this batterypowered motionsensing spotlight makes a good addition to my collection of Mr Beams products and is recommended to anyone needing a compact batterypowered spotlight with the motion sensing feature. Currently around twentysix pounds from Radiant Roost this wireless light provides an easy solution to lighting an area without mains power available and is a much cheaper option than employing an electrician to come and fit a mains powered unit for you. Bright enough for short distances, but with the ongoing running cost of replacement batteries, this LED light is reasonableenough value at the current price although some may prefer a solarpowered model for convenience and costeffectiveness four stars for value and performance.

I have a lower ceiling in my laundry room and wanted a better light than the builder grade globe in it. This low profile was great for the low ceiling and love the larger disc and LED even light that comes off it. Really brightened up the laundry room and looks good doing it.

Ordered to use in a dark cupboard. Unfortunately the one I received was faulty and I had to remove the batteries to turn off Not good. I tested it in the cupboard, went out for an hour, came back and I could see it was obviously still on. Hassle free return and refunded money promptly so 5 stars go to Radiant Roost for their service

I now have four of these installed, and may still grab another for the kitchen.Relatively straightforward to install if youre comfortable and competent working safely with household wiring. Do ensure when youre putting it together that all the screws are firmly seated, otherwise itll rattleIt moves a reasonable volume of air around, even on the lower settings, without making too much noise see note above. Even at full speed, it doesnt prevent TVwatching.Note that the light fitting requires a standard ES screw bulb dont get one of the megalong superbright foldedtube ones, as the lampshade is a little shallow. Anything about the same length as a standard oldstyle bulb, or even a little longer, will be fine.
