I like the light and its controls. Just right for online meetings, classes, etc. Rather, it WAS just right because now it doesnt work. After I unplugged it from USB charging last week, the unit would not turn back on. Display screen says 100 with the charged battery icon, but nothing else. First attempt to contact Lume Cube company last week via their after hours online chat function did not get an email response as promised. I sent Lume Cube an email today because chat and phones were not being answered Im guessing because of today being the Wednesday before the Thanksgiving holiday. I will reserve judgment on customer service until I hear from them.Additional note, later The company did reply to my email in a timely manner. They suggested a couple solutions regarding USBA versus USBC charging connections, but thus appeared not to be the problem. As soon as I worked through these suggestions and responded, they immediately agreed to send out a new unit. I am satisfied with the response and look forward to receiving the replacement.
