Philips Hue are still very expensive, however these were a competitive price and arrived the next day with Prime. They are fantastic quality and add real flexibility and creativeness to how you light a room. I am very pleased with them and will continue to replace all my lights with Hue.

Finally a cost effective low energy GU10 replacement which is wife approved. Slightly brighter and whiter than a 50w halogen and this is useful in a kitchen, less so in a hall or lounge. But this is personal preference. Would recommend.

Getting in to the smart home way and bought this pack of lights to see what the fuss was about as have heard good things about philips hue lights.Nicely packaged, 3 bulbs, hue bridge, power supply with uk and euro head, ethernet cable. It was easy to set up and am having lots of fun trying out all the different settings.The bulbs are quite pricey but Im guessing thats cause they have more hardware than normal bulb. There are cheaper smart bulbs but I went for the philips hue because of the good reviews I heard.If you are getting in to the smart home way of things then these are a good place to start.
