Build quality is great, they look crisp and are very comfortable. The sound is top notch, i have Eqd it to my preference and one thing that i have really noticed is that the sounds are very distinct and not muddy coming from a corsair virtuoso . I do like my headsets to be a bit base heavy, though this is not the case with this one. I didnt have any wearing in issues and although the software isnt the best, it does everything i would need. I havent used the microphone a huge amount, but it seems clear and i had no comments. This thing is also very light Really liking the headset so farUpdate 260321 Had to return the item. The sound is very crisp and isnt muddy at all, but the software lets down the headset massively. My headset developed an issue where the software would not communicated with the headset, so any EQ, surround sound etc would not translate, only volume. 3 stars with issue, if software isnt sorted i would say 2 stars an back to 4 if it is.

I work remotely and do a LOT of Zoom calls and webinars. These lights make my dark office much brighter to allow better video calls and webinars. Awesome deal. I wish you could turn them both on with one switch. But just a minor inconvenience.
