These lights are great for lighting both me and my green screen I placed both lights to either side of my monitor and Im able to chroma key out the green screen in OBS nicely. They also helped me turn down the exposure and gain on my c922 webcam so theres less noise in the image

I purchased these to help me do some desk top reviews and photos of various products. They are really lightweight almost too so and offer a good level of brightness. The interchangeable filter colors are cool, although I have only used the white diffused light thus far.They have adjustable brightness via an inline switch and you can modify the angle of shine with a ball head joint right on the light itself. It has a relatively wide tripod style base that gives it support and a telescopic shaft that allows it to extend to a good height.I have included an example of what the lights can do, the picture is of my new camera taken in a dark room on my desk with the 2 lights shining from either side. It gives great light without being to glaring or harsh, id definitely recommend them to anyone looking at doing product reviews, youtube videos or just something to take quality pictures of items for social media etc…

Overall, I like these lights because of their smaller size. They will be perfect for product photography and some specialized video work. I wish they came with the power supply to be able to plug into the wall. It would be nice if was included but its all good.I wish we had made an unboxing video with them. They are super compact and portable with adjustable light intensity. We can run them in battery packs which is super convenient at times. We are considering adding another set to the gear case along with battery packs.

These have gotten three months of regular use in my day job and in the production of online panel presentations at conferences and conventions. The lights work great, but you MUST plug these into a regular charger such as a tablet charger Ankers are great. Do NOT plus these into a rechargeable battery pack or your computer. This is a major safety warning hidden in the products fine print.As for the lights themselves, the adjustable brightness is great. It doesnt always remember the previous setting, but the switch is easy to use and the blue LED to help find the switch when the lights are off is a great touch.The color covers work, but none of them seem to play well with my green screen. That means I use only the plain white light, which can very easily make me look washed out on camera.To fix this, I suggest pointing the lights offcenter, to the outside by about 45 degrees, as though youre trying to light something behind and beside you rather than your own face. That reduces glare, makes it easier for me to see, doesnt wash out my skin tone, and still lights me way better than no light at all.The above recommendation works ESPECIALLY wel with a green screen, as it makes my background really stand out. Its much easier for the camera to get a supersharp boundary between me and the virtual background image. More than one colleague has commented on itAll told, for the price these lights cant be beat, but you should experiment with them to determine your own best results.
