The value is here and for those looking at getting the bottom line accomplished, ie supplying lighting for your videos or photography, they work. And you didnt spend much to get the job done. Dont view there as rugged, heavy duty pieces of equipment as they are not, they can be easily toppled over, so you have to use some care in setting them up, but again, they get the job done. Im extremely pleased and you will be too if you dont expect metal contruction and ruggedness for this low price.

These panels are quite small and the tripods are unbelievably cheap. For the amount of LEDs and brightness, I wish the panel was a bit larger. But they can work individually as key light or in some creative environment, with the color panels.BTW, the picture on the product page with some guy on a computer with large monitors and speakers is absolutely misleading those are not the lights youre buying.Bottom line brightness is ok for a cheap key light good features very, very cheap tripods.

The product value is good but the quality is made of is low. The lights work well but is not intense enough. It comes with a mini tripod and an extension and no electrical plug for the wall. It uses a USB connection. The good thing is that I was able to connect to a USB battery power pack used for phones so I can use it as a portable light anywhere.

These were the first lights Ive purchased for video recording and they are ok. We have been using them for about 6 months and would not reccomend them. They are bright, easy to setup, but there are many flaws….. Occasionally Ive had the lights reset themselves in the middle of using them, meaning that I have them turned down to 6 brightness and they will either shut off or reset to brightness 10. This is very annoying in the middle of streaming The tripods are extremely unstable and the slightest breeze makes them wobble. The tripod legs have rubber grips on them that are constantly falling off and do not help them stay in place but rather adds to the unstableness. They are fine for just getting started on a budget, but I do not recommend these and I cant wait to find something better

Lights are nice, stands are flimsy. Like, the tiniest movement of the cord knocks it over. It consumed more electricity than I ever imagined, my very reliable Anker thats never been drained before was fully depleted in a few short hours. 10 Excessive hours playing Pokemon Go cant match what these things suck in 3 hours or less.Overall, theyre pretty flimsy. Youd do better buying a 3 pack of rechargeable LED closet lights hanging them up with magnetic strips. Youll consume substantially less electricity and get the same amount of light. I know because I own them and did a side by side.

I understand that these are very cheap lights and as such cannot be expected to illuminate the Grand Canyon. But even in a home situation, at close quarters they simply are not good enough. They probably take about 1 stop off my metering settings. The light output is white, the units are lightweight, too lightweight to be honest a strong breeze makes them wobble. They are just about value for money, but I wish I had spent a little bit more. I would not buy them again. In this case you get what you pay for.

These little lights work terrifically to light one or 2 people for a simple video call. Have them face you at slightly above eye height and dial the intensity up or down. Conversely, for a softer look, face the lights towards a white wall a within 2 feet in front of you and have the light bounce back on your face. Nice and soft look for video conferences. These lights with tripods are about 40. They work. Some folks in the comments below suggest that they are cheaply made. Gee, no kidding…. they cost 40. If you want a solid, commercial, professional grade light, I suggest you drop 2k10k on some Broncolor lights. Otherwise, if what you want are some great little lights for video conferencing or blogging, these work GREAT. I just completed a 2.5 hour video call and my wife completed a 3 hour call…… and the lights worked like a champ. 100 buy again. I might even buy another set to be able to use on as a hair light, or background fill light or something as needed…..
