This is an initial review as I just received these lights last night.Im not sure how I could be happier with these for the price. They are light weight and easy to set up. The cords might be considered short to some and the stands can tip over fairly easily if jarred, but considering the price of this set, it is amazing. Buy usb extension cables and strong stands with the money you saved.Before buying these, I was looking at lights well over 100 and more in the 200 range. Purchasing these was effectively an impulse buy…and one Im very happy with.Items to note Im using this for making YouTube videos MMA content currently Ive included a before photo of how I was previously lighting myself. Ive only been making videos for the past 3 weeks, so Im very new to all this. Im using StreamLabs OBS and a Logitech C920 webcam. I watched videos for tips on setting up my webcam and OBS settings between my before photo and the photo with lights. I highly recommend you do also. My webcam was also zoomed in on the before photo, which hurts the resolution to some degree, I think. So, the lights were only one piece of the puzzle. I recommend watching some videos on lighting tips too.Second note When my AC is running I get a very slight flicker. I shoot video with the heatingcooling off due to keep sound pollution down, but I thought that was worth noting here since I noticed it while setting up the lights.Right now, Im very glad I bought these.

This is a good value for the price, it is half the price of others Ive looked at but this kit is much for portable. For starters you get 2 lights, they are very light weight and you can hold it by hand or put on a stand. The lights have a long usb plug, that is great for power banks, or you can charge with a block.The light itself, is incredibly bright at its highest setting one of these lights lit up my whole bedroom, i was impressed and the control, it built right into the cord, so you can never lose it. It has a simple up, down and power button. you get multiple brightness settings, for whatever mood you need, and even at the dimmest it has a soft yet visible light. Another huge benefit to this lighting kit, is it comes with colored filters. This has been my first time working with colored lighting, but i found it excellent the colors were bright yet clear. It comes with the white light, then blue, red and yellow. These color films slip right in the top and can be interchanged in seconds.The stand is very versatile. You can hold it by hand, it has a grip at the bottom to hold onto. Then you can screw on the feet for the stand, then an additional piece that lets you twist, turn and spin the light at any angle you want, without falling off. You can tighten and lock in the mount at any angle. It is quick to assemble and disassemble, for storage travel. You get a lot with this kit, for a low price.

the pair of light works quite well. The USB plug isnt hotter than my current LED strip lights which is very good. The down side of the products are the monopod is flimsy and shakes. but at this price, I dont expect much more from it.Im driving the lights directly from my surge protected powerbar, notice there is some flickering at dimmer settings. at full brightness or 1 or 2 full, it has no flickering. from 3 brightness on, I can see flickering is rather bad.The included filters do have 2 set so u can have both lights in the same colour red, blue, yellow, white.

These little lights are fantastic They are super bright, and provided a crisp white light that is nicely diffused by the included white diffusers. They also include pairs of multiple colors of gels to change the color of the light, and multipart tripod stand apparatus that make it super easy to place your lights, adjust their height and direction, and for the price I am amazed at how well they work and how versatile they are. I did 45 for quality of materials because they feel like very thin cheap plastic, and I would hate to drop one, but for the price I cant complain. They arent meant for travel, and will be super useful in my home. Also nice they run off 5v 2amp usb power supplies.

These LCDs are pretty nice. The USB connectors mean youll have to plug them in within 6 feet of where you want them. Also the stand and pole that comes with them is virtually weightless so dont expect them to stand up in a high wind or strong fan. Im planning to purchase some additional light poles because Ive had to get creative with placing these on either side of my desk for Zoom meetings. The light itself is very nice, a coldwhite cast that looks good on laptop cameras. Plus they can be lit evenly or dialed up and down with memory, about 10 levels individually by a controller on the cord, so one side can be main and the other can act as a fill. The bulbs seem to work well despite a somewhat flimsy casing. The gels that come with it are not wispy, and they easily go in and out like a disk cartridge for easy swaps of color.

Overall this is probably still a good deal for the price, but if you are looking for a couple bright LED lights these are not them. I am using these to provide additional lighting against my backdrop for product photographs. I am photographing smaller objects about the size of a can of coke for eBay pictures. I wanted some brightness from the front since I have good lighting in the back. These do help, but are not bright enough. It might be good in lower light situations where any source of light is good light. But in a bright environment these dont add much.
