A lovely looking light, not the easiest to install on the ceiling but managed it. One of the shades has a crack in it but the company have been in touch and are sending a replacement still wait to receive it , but overall a nice looking ceiling light with good quality parts.

I have been critical over the past few days that the lamp failed after less than 3 months periodic use. And now like others I cannot remove the bulb….HOWEVER Firstlights Technical Manager, Andrew Barnett has been extraordinarily helpful FIRST in offering to send a new bulb and NOW giving advice on its removal together with sending the suction pad that should have been included in the pack.WELL DONE FIRSTLIGHT
