Excellent lighting unit. Tall enough for placement behind a large monitor, using the telescopic tripod. Brightness is excellent, and and the white diffuser helps create even lighting without reflection. The ability to change color temp and intensity allows for a great range of customization.The only reason Im giving 4 stars rather than 5 is that the tripod legs lack sufficient tension to remain upright without some reinforcement. I wrapped several hair bands around the base of the legs to add the needed tension. Additionally, when tripod is extended, the charging cable can cause the unit to lean recommend that the charging cable be wrapped around the tripod to help prevent the leaning.

Very bright, great range of colours and transition effects. Remote control needs to be really direct and they get quite hot, but not been an issue for me
