    Just what I needed. My deck and steps are stained a very dark brown so at night it was difficult to see the steps as you are going down. I needed just a little bit of light to provide some depth and delineation. These give off the perfect amount of light for what I was looking for. I didnt want anything too bright.They seem to last a long time, as well, staying lit into the early hours of the morning. This time of year they turn on about 830I recommend removing the back of one light so you can use the metal base as a template when drilling your holes.
