These were installed on the posts of a dock to provide safety lighting after dark. They installed easily using the included hardware. A drill is required, so I didnt mark 5 stars. Tip the company refers to drilling a 7mm hole. a 14 drill bit works fine. The stainless case is attractive and unobtrusive in this application. The light is just right not too bright to be distracting, but they light up the area between the dock posts about 5 feet apart for safety. They have a modern look, and dont look cheap. At less than 40 for eight lights, these are a fantastic bargain. I ordered a few more for an additional application.
