Very good quality of construction. Smooth operation with very low noise level almost no noise at all. Remote operation is a plus. Installation instructions very easy to follow. A minor probelm with the packaging that was handled excellent by Radiant Roost Service Center. Havent used it yet to really hot days in order to tell you the results. All in all a satisfactory purchace.
