We had two of the light fittings above delivered around a month ago and we loved them. Unfortunately one part of one of the lights was missing a screw, it was difficult to see but I knew that it was missing. I messaged the sellers and their reply was extremely quick and very helpful, they asked for a picture which I duly supplied. Today I received the complete part plus four extra screws, see attached picture absolutely fantastic service I wouldnt hesitate to use this seller again 5 service.
