   Lamp when off is nice, its sleek and modern and fits the room nicely. But be aware when light is on you can see right through gold shade and see the light bulb which could be odd at first but still nice. People that reviewed this put pictures I suggest looking at those to give a better idea of what it really looks like.

   I bought this lamp as I do a lot of knitting and the adjustable lamp is great for focusing light where its needed. Its also very sturdy compared to the uplighter it replaced. Excellent value for money. Would recommend
