I bought this along with a clear crystal effect light pull with a beaded chain.We could not swap the the beaded light pull fully, due to the original one being threaded through on the inside of the outer part of the chrome cap. So we had to cut the cord near the top, then thread it through the dreaded holes tie a strong knot.It looked beautiful when fitted all together, especially with my white tiles and modern bathroom decor.After 1 week of this being up, I made a trip to the bathroom before bed, and it came off in my hand when I turned the switch onI then had to stand on the edge of the bath to switch it off on my way out idjng the little piece of string that was left poking outFor this reason Ive given it a 3.5 stars, until this has been resolved someone can answer my Q. I will change it to something higherQ Anyone figured out a way to resolve this and how do you actually remove the original light pull fully, and replace it with a beaded chain so it actually clips into the inside of the chrome capThanksShamy
