Update November 18th After two months of using the product for six to eight hours per week, Im no longer happy. The suction cup is a goner. The Lume Cube stays stuck on the back of the laptop for 10 or 15 minutes then the thing falls right off. It worked absolutely great until it didnt. Ive MacGyvered the thing onto a tripod so theres still some use in it, but a customer shouldnt have to make shift like that. end updateSo far, Ive had the Lume Cube for two weeks and have used it in 10 meetings plus a zoom happy hour, and a morninglong church meeting. The light makes for a naturallooking complexion on zoom and Camera. No trouble with the suction cup yet theres a latch on the back that secures the suction if you forget to use it, the cube will probably fall off, so use the latch The Lume Cube could be better being able to extend it higher would be an improvement, and being able to tip it to different vertical angles once secured to the back of the laptop would also make it better. All in all, pleased that this little device helps me to not look so washed out in remote meetings

I have used other LED light strip kits and like to think Im experienced on this product. Out of the box, it was already wired up to work with the two separate 5metre reels plugged in. You can either use the included IR remote control or install the mobile app bluetooth connectivity.Things I liked bright RGB LED lights music sync built in mic easy to cut to size stripsAreas of improvements missing voice assisted control e.g. alexaOverall, this is a good starter kit for RGB led lights… if you not looking for voice assistance.
