These lights are great. I did buy them for outdoors intending to plug them into out outdoor covered sockets. However I was unable to because of the shape of the plugtransformer. Unfortunately a thick cable comes out of the top of the plug which means it will not fit into the covered socket box even with it prized open. I am pleased with them though and have decided to put them around my conservatory instead. Love that they are remote. Perhaps you could include a picture of the actual plug in the listing as this would be helpful.
