   This is gonna sound like fake review but hear me out. The lamp in person looks nicer than the pics lovely feel to it, sturdy and warm looking. It was a gift for my sis and she really dug it.HOWEVERThe plug didnt work when we plugged it in. It buzzed and crackled. So, I emailed to ask for a replacement.The response I got was fast, very friendly, and keen to sort any problems out. They were quick to offer replacement parts, sending them out in no time.New part works perfectly and arrived quickly.I have to say, in terms of customer experience, this was nice enough to motivate me to write a review, which i never do. When they get round making a puppy lamp Ill buy the living sugar out of it.
