I purchased this product a few months ago and just recently moved houses.So I opened and was assembling the floor lamp and 2 of the bulbs were broken.The lights would not turn on hence it has an electrical flaw. I am disappointed as the actual product is beautiful and Im not sure on what to do so can you get back to me.

There is nothing negative to say about this lovely lamp. it looks good quality and is a good weight to make it sturdy on a window ledge or shelf. it was delivered very fast and was very protectively packaged. It looks elegant. i love it
