Purchased this to use in a dark pantry instead of hiring an electrician to bring in power. It works well and comes on when the door of the pantry is opened. However, we wish it had more light output lumens or maybe 2 LEDs instead of just the one. Battery changes require a screwdriver which is a pain, but the unit mounts easily to its base with a quick twist, no tools needed once the base is installed.
