I bought 4 of these. The first three were really easy to install, 20 30 min each Im slow. One of the 4 did have the super baby amount of wire showing that some reviewers mentioned, so I had to strip and expose a bit more wire on that one. Also one of the provided connectors cracked, so I had to use a traditional wire nut twisty connector on one, no biggie. Also I had to YouTube how to use their provided connectors, easy with a quick tutorial video. The lights are so bright, I love them, since I installed them in my pantry, closet and bathroom, which were surprisingly dim previously, in comparison. They dont look high end… but not cheap either. I like how low profile they are, because my pantry ceiling is quite low, so these are awesome for clearance. Just make sure you pay close attention and mount the plate the right direction, one of them I had all wired up,and realized I screwed it on backward so had to redo it. Rrrrg. User error. Good light for the money.

Having only just purchased these bulbs Im not able to comment on longevity, but the construction appears to be extremely good. However, these were to replace some existing 40W equivalent halogen bulbs but they are too bright. Rated at 40W equivalent themselves, Id suggest theyre 6075W. Not happy with a floodlit kitchen, theyll likely have to be removed which is a real pity.
