No Use For a Name –
My original revue was based on the feedback from a teenager who, contrary to received wisdom, isnt as au fait with technology as Id expected. Anyway a problem whereby the lights would only function with a bridge, also backed up by you tube reviews, turned out to be user error. Happy to say that the Philips Helpdesk sent some instructions which were actioned by the teenager and all was good. The feedback Ive since received from the recipient is all positive so Ive rewritten this review. Turns out that these do work out of the box, theyre appreciated by the recipient and the Philips Helpdesk is pretty good at sorting issues.
