Its a necessary product if you run a ton of corsair stuff. Im personally not a fan of the price or the delicate nature of the firmware to windows udates amd bios changes, and 100 is a lot for a hub IMO.Make sure to fill your ports and hubs in numerical order to avoid detection issues and you should be fine. Corsair has fixed a lot of issues with iCUE, so its totally worth looking at for corsair fans and rgb enthusiest alike.

Love the lights, goes well with my PS collection. The lights dont turn on automatically with the PS, transition mode is a bit slow and not as smooth as Id like and the music mode isnt all that, but I only wanted an onoff mode personally.

This is a great, inexpensive product to start your lighting endeavors. I use for live, at home videos or photos, since an overhead light tends to leave your lower face in shadow, I park these on a rolling cart at face level facing me, just out of camera range. Big improvement
