The old Philips Hue GU10s were a disaster due to their bulky size which meant you had to buy new deeper light fittings. These new generation bulbs are significantly smaller and should fit straight into any GU10 fitting. Pairing with the bridge is also a breeze, unlike the older gen bulbs which sometimes required manual serial number setup. Ive installed 8 of these so far without any problems, and the colours are also stronger.

Bought to replace halogen bulbs and have not been disappointed. All of the bulbs are working and the warm white colour is very effective being bright but comfortable. I am really surprised at the difference it has made to the room and hope that the light bulbs turn out to be long lasting.
