I couldnt get my cube to work anymore and it was past the initial return period 6 months. I chatted with someone on their website who said I had a defective cube. Within two days, I received a new cube free of charge. Im very grateful for the reps trust in my situation and quick resolution. I also had a problem with the suction cup. Another rep told me to clean it with dish soap and water, then dry without leaving lint on the cup. It was another quick solution with resolved a problem. The suction cup works great now.

I originally planned on having my fans plugged into the motherboard but I just couldnt get Fan Xpert from asus to work how i wanted. At the moment I have 4 fans plugged into the unit, its easy to use alongside with a corsair AIO, having everything in a single application is extremely helpful. I can copy my AIO fan profiles and use them with the case fans so everything works perfectly together. The additional USB headers are a godsend for anything with RGB looking to connect up a Node pro or if you just seem to be running out of usbs.
