This is so nearly good, its frustrating. The first thing to know is, all the parts are there, but not wherehow youd expect. The mobile phone holder ships in the jaws of the clamp, so its not immediately visible. It would be useful if this was noted in the instructions. The second thing to know is that the stalk for the mobile phone is far shorter than the illustration on the instructions and listing. Its tiny. Its also very stiff, so it feels as though youre going to break it when you try to bend it. Eventually, it did bend, and then everything could be set up. However, the control that changes the light settings appeared not to be working, with the unit set on white or off. Midway through a test call, it spontaneously changed to warm and then to midway. And then a minute later to off. All without being asked. It wasnt a good look. However, the pairing and control for iOS remote works really well. Its not as wellbuilt a unit as the Elegiant unit I recently bought for a friend I think it would eventually get broken so its probably a relief it has to be returned.
