The adjustability of both the light intensity and K value are spot on for proper face lighting for online video meetings at all times of day or night so shadows an other light sources are minimized. Easy to set up and easy to adjust. The stand that the unit comes with is highly adjustable. The only negative, and its a small one, are the tripod feet that, when bumped, easily loose the position you wanted in them. The tripod feet for the stand should have some kind of locking mechanism to hold them in the exact position of choice for the user. The light system also includes a suction cup mount, but you need to have something to place the suction cup too that puts the light where you need it, but I dont have that option due to the desk set and oversized monitor and monitor cashing that wont hold a suction cup mount.
